Gaping holes. The dentist told him not to eat rice or he'd get it stuck in there!
Dracula Nolan.
The tooth fairy brought him $3.
He has a giant lisp. He was a really good boy for the dentist!

    Oh that looks so painful. And my hevens, that Tooth Fairy was cheap. If my kid had to get that many teeth pulled I would have felt sorry enough for him that I would have slipped the poor kid a $20 bill. What a trooper. i can't wait to see him in person and that cute smile.
